    Our Foundation Class is designed specifically for beginners or anyone wanting to revisit the fundamentals of Pilates.

    This class moves at a slower pace with clear instruction, focusing on proper setup, technique, and foundational strength. It’s the perfect starting point if you’re new to the reformer, returning after a break, or wanting to build confidence before joining other class styles.

    Ideal for:
    New clients, those returning to movement, or anyone wanting a strong foundation.

  • Sweat

    Our Sweat Class is a dynamic, energising session designed to elevate your heart rate while building strength, endurance, and coordination.

    Expect flowing, full-body sequences that combine strength-based Pilates with faster-paced, rhythmic movement. This class is challenging yet accessible, with options offered to suit different fitness levels so you can move in a way that feels right for your body.

    You’ll leave feeling energised, strong, and accomplished without feeling depleted.

    Ideal for:
    Clients who enjoy a faster-paced, cardio-inspired workout, want to improve endurance and fitness, and love movement that feels energising and empowering.

  • Strength

    Our Strength Class focuses on building full-body strength, stability, and control through slow, intentional movement.

    This class uses heavier spring options with controlled sequencing to support joint health, improve posture, and build confidence in your body. Options are offered throughout, making it suitable for a wide range of abilities.

    You’ll leave feeling strong, grounded, and supported without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

    Ideal for:
    Clients looking to build strength, improve stability, and move with intention.

  • Stretch

    Our Stretch Class is a slow, restorative Reformer Yin-style session designed to support mobility, flexibility, and nervous system regulation.

    Expect longer-held, supported stretches combined with gentle movement and breathwork to release tension and restore balance in the body. This class is deeply nourishing and intentionally low-intensity.

    You’ll leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more connected.

    Ideal for:
    Recovery, stress relief, and complementing strength or sweat-based classes.

  • Mumma & Baby

    Our Mumma & Baby Class is a supportive, gentle Pilates session designed for postnatal mums to rebuild strength, restore connection to their bodies, and move in a safe, welcoming environment β€” with baby by your side.

    This class focuses on core and pelvic floor strength, posture, mobility, and full-body support following pregnancy and birth. Babies are welcome to stay with you throughout the class, whether resting, feeding, or moving alongside you.

    The pace is calm and flexible, with space for breaks as needed.

    Ideal for:
    Postnatal mums at least 6 weeks post partum looking to return to movement safely, build strength and confidence, and connect with other mums in a supportive community setting.

  • Mobility and Core

    Designed for our members who are looking to continue to age gracefully. Focusing on the breathe, mobility and core and pelvic floor strength. This class is limited to groups of 4 to maintain a safe, supportive environment, ensuring you walk away feeling confident.
